Our 60 minute high intensity class is filled with great music, an energetic trainer leading the charge and a small class size that is filled with encouraging and like minded members! Our trainers are here for you every step of the way providing you constructive feedback during your workout and helping you to maximize your time in the studio.
High intensity interval training focuses on working at an all-out effort for shorter intervals of time in order to shoot your heart rate up, followed by brief periods of active recovery. Studies have continuously shown that HIIT is an extremely efficient way to maximize calorie burn.
That’s the name of the game at Orangetheory: the fitness philosophy, or “orange effect,” is based on maximizing excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) or what we like to call the afterburn.
Every class has you moving back and forth between cardio and strength intervals in order to spike the metabolism and boost your energy.
No 2 classes are the same so you will never get bored or plateau and we promise you will always have fun!
