It’s back to school for the kids and back to the workouts for the parents. As the dog days of summer are winding down, here are some tips to help get back on track:
Plan ahead. Schedules get hectic again but plan ahead to carve out time for your workouts.
Organize, organize, organize. Just as you lay out the kids’ clothes for school the next day, do the same for your workout clothes.
Don’t use the time excuse. There are 168 hours in a week. Make the time!
Even if you are unable to get to your local studio on a given day, strap on your OTbeat and get outside. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise that will increase your heart rate.
