They say it’s not possible but we can prove it is. What an amazing accomplishment for our member Abel K.. He completed 301 workouts before our One Year anniversary. As one of our founding members who joined us in pre-sale and took that leap of faith in OTF. Needless to say, we were so proud when we received a letter from him outlining some of his accomplishments this past year:
- Completed 301 classes
- Weight lost 30lbs
- Burned 246,000 calories
- Achieved 159 perfect pyramids
Some advice from a seasoned OTF veteran:
- Don’t focus on the scale, because as you progress, you will gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. Instead, see how your clothes fit and maybe it’s time for a new wardrobe.
- Listen to the tips from the trainers throughout the class and slowly integrate it during class and into your lifestyle
- Commit to a regular schedule even if that’s once a week
- Use a food plan that is realistic and that can be maintained. It’s ok to eat rich and flavourful food but in moderation.
- Avoid eating late at night
